在知乎上看到别人推荐这部剧，推荐者对此剧评价极高，说这是本改变他人生的书，令我十分好奇，于是在微读上找来看。无奈本剧的逻辑结构让我不太适应，编剧前文将人们按照成长思维和固定思维分类，然后进行各方面的对比，让我有些不能认可，我一直觉得每个人都有成长思维和固定思维，而文中最后编剧才提到所有人都兼具这两种思维，她是为了方便研究才做此分类。而且，文中第3章到第7章描述了各领域内相关的实验和结论，并无甚亮点可直接跳过。第1、2章可帮助读者对思维方式进行一定的了解，而第8章中改变思维模式的方法才是全书的精华，可启迪读者转变思维模式，对读者有重大帮助。 对我来说，全书要点如下: 固定思维以静止不变的眼光看待自身能力，认为能力是先天决定的。成长思维以变化发展的眼光看待自身能力，认为能力可以通过努力进行成长。 因此，固定思维会让人将成就归功于聪明，失败会打击它对自身能力的信心。成长思维将人的成就归功于努力，失败对它只是一个学习进步的过程。 转变思维方式的方法: 一，接受自己存在固定思维的事实。 二，仔细观察，明确是什么因素引起了你的固定思维模式。是你面对巨大挑战的时候，是你承受巨大压力的时候，是你遭遇巨大失败的时候，还是你面对众多比你更优秀的人的时候？ 三，给固定思维起名，了解它的特点，坦然与它对话。 四，当固定思维再次出现时，保持警惕，并对它进行言语教育。比如，当你认为自身能力无法应对眼前挑战时，对它说“我知道这可能会失败，但我愿意是一是你能不能对我多些耐心。”
